Terms of Service

Service Description

Rush Notary provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) services for Florida residents. Our notaries are Florida-licensed and comply with all state and federal requirements for remote notarization.

Eligibility Requirements

To use Rush Notary, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a Florida resident
• Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
• Have a reliable internet connection and camera

Booking and Payment

Appointment Cost: $25 per notarization appointment. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable once your notarization session has begun. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled 2+ hours before appointment: Full refund to original payment method
• No-show: No refund. Payment forfeited.
• Technical failure on our end: Free appointment reschedule or full refund at your option

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information during booking
• Appear on camera during your appointment with a valid, unexpired photo ID
• Ensure the document is complete and legible before your appointment
• Use Rush Notary only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all Florida Notary regulations

Limitations of Service

Not a Law Firm: Rush Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our notaries will not advise you on the content of your documents.

Jurisdiction: Remote Online Notarization may not be accepted in all jurisdictions or for all document types. You are responsible for verifying that RON is acceptable for your specific use case.

Document Rejection: Our notaries may refuse to notarize documents that appear incomplete, fraudulent, or used for unlawful purposes.

Arbitration Notice

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Rush Notary will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law, rather than in court.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By using Rush Notary, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
