- Government-issued ID documents (stored securely for verification)
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store full card details)
- Session recordings and notes from your notarization appointment

- Scheduling and fulfilling your notarization appointment
- Identity verification to comply with Florida RON (Remote Online Notarization) requirements
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders via email
- Legal compliance and regulatory obligations
Data Retention
Session recordings are retained for 7 years per Florida Notary Recording Statute requirements. Personal data (name, email, phone) is retained for 3 years after your final appointment, then securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate Rush Notary:
- Stripe – Payment processing (PCI-compliant)
- Google Calendar – Appointment scheduling
- Resend – Email delivery for confirmations and reminders

Florida RON Recording Disclosure
